Geely’s flagship GC9 sedan saw sales reach 5,427 units in total, a 9% increase over the same period in October 2015. Combined SUV sales reached 4,408 units in November 2015.
Export sales still remain a challenge for Geely, political instability in key export markets across the Middle East and Russian markets remain a challenge, however retail sales of existing stock in these markets remain strong.
By reaching its end of year goal ahead of time, Geely Auto has proven that its strong product mix is resonating well with its consumer base in China. The flagship GC9 sedan has proven to be a considerable success for Geely and is now one of the best-selling vehicles in the B-Segment within China, regularly outselling many of its leading international rivals. Geely sales in December 2015 are predicted to be even stronger still due to the end of year demand for vehicles.
