At the same time, Geely\u2019s Emgrand sales reached 22,512 units and combined SUV sales reached 4,949 units.<\/p>\n<p>The introduction of the new King Kong sedan has proven to be a success with sales reaching just over 10,000 units in the first month of 2016, an increase of 106% over the same period in 2015. Likewise, the Geely Vision series saw sales of 14,646 units, an increase of 26% in year on year sales.<\/p>\n<p>Export markets remain a weak point for Geely due to unstable political situations in key export markets across the Middle East and economic turbulence in Russia.<\/p>\n<p>Geely Auto has made a strong start to 2016,with new products being introduced over the course of the year, Geely is well placed to perform strongly in 2016 and meet its goal of 600,000 units.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"4 February 2016, Hangzhou, China.
